There are very few sports activities for naturists, at the very least there should be a gym for naturists and special Time in Robinson hall. Of the staff, only one lifeguard maintains the naturist spirit in the pool area. Everyone else gives the impression of being ashamed, which does not really contribute to the overall atmosphere.

The quiet friendliness and naturism is good although some people did not embrace the nudism. They wore clothes everywhere but on the beach.
Not enough washing machines and water not hot enough to wash dishes. The water in the showers was really hot but the water next door in the dish washing area was hardly warm.
Nice size pitch in a good location. Good electrical supply. Some trees need cutting back because of dead branches which will fall in high winds.
The circular areas under the water taps need digging out and refilling with clean gravel, they were black and smelly. Some trees on the campsite roads need cutting back because they scratch the vehicles.

Good facilities, great naturist culture
The 30 minute/six hour free WIFI did not work for us. We checked at the Info point who sent us to the cafe. The staff there said many people could not access WIFI as promised. For a 5 star claim at the site, basic wifi should be freely available. It was at all the 3 star campsites we used elsewhere in France.

2 entrance barriers and no provision for right hand drive cars. Very difficult when the passenger is disabled and unable to operate the keypad. Use number plate recognition as they do at Euronat. Blowing the dead leaves with a leaf blower doesn’t solve the problem but only creates a lot of dust. Use a leaf vacuum instead. Increase the number of PMR rentals available. Only one available means you are losing customers. The outside lights at the sinks by the PMR rental create unwanted light pollution at night and waste electricity. Maybe use infrared detectors on them.
The air conditioning was very useful at night.
Old accommodation now. Bathroom is not suitable for large wheelchairs and the raised floor and narrow doorways makes it difficult to get in. Also the bathroom is small.

For a first timer, check in was very easy, comfortable and stress free. Nothing was forced and could get ready in your own time. Was fortunate to be upgraded during my stay to an accommodation with a/c but the weather was perfect so didn't actually need it.

The pitch could be levelled out to stop water running into the awning when it rains, the gardeners did a super job pruning the fruit tree and with the exception of one brach it is perfect, i could use the whole pitch this year without walking on myrtie and was able to eat outside and not have to wash my awning twice a week< (finally a relaxing stay).

We love the Balino but wish it was open to naturists all day. Cleanliness of the toilets and showers and the general site all brillant. The staff clearly work hard to keep a high standard. The new sun beds in the balino are perfect just the right height off the ground and the shade an added bonus.
We were shocked at the new entrance lay out, which is way too tight for large vehicles (we are 9.44m and 2.5 wide) the exit from the area required us to reverse and manoeuvre to get around without hitting the security hut, which put us in danger of having the exit barrier come down on us. At 3.7 meters high some of the trees on the route to the Clos de grandette are low enough to scrape the top and side of the vehicle. Food we were once again disappointed at the menus at the restaurants and the snack bar, in the naturist area. The restaurant on the textile side had a much better selection.
Size of the pitch was good but because of the layout we were unable to park so as to use our awning and so lacked shade.
We were disappointed with the pitch allocated as it was very tight to get into and out off because of the large bush situated in the middle of the entrance.

We always like the atmosphere at Serignan Plage.
The plastic Sun loungers around the pool are awful. This completely ruins the experience and changes it from 5* to 3*. Please remove them and replace with a more comfortable sun loungers.. The shop could be open for longer hours. Very inconvenient when closed during the day.

Our pitch was about fifty yards from the beautiful golden sand beach. The pool area is stunning and the restaurants have superb staff and delicious food. The atmosphere and vibe is friendly and relaxed and the location is fabulous. Highly recommended.

Very few people younger than 50. Balneo is obviously designed for 60+ (although accessible 16+). All the tobogans etc. are in neighboring textile campsite - because of that we skipped them. Why they can't be at least part of the day open for naturists? Restaurant at the site overpriced.

We enjoyed Balneo and proximity to a nice, sandy beach. Balneo impressed us and we spent every morning there.
Swimming pool was often a bit crowded in the afternoon. There should be some separate area for adults to swim in the pool in the afternoon when Balneo is for textiles only. Balneo for naturists should be open for longer. We were very unhappy with kids pool party after 2000 hrs and loud music and noise. We lived at G50 close to the swimming pool and were tired of the constant noise from 0900 until 1900 hrs (kids jumping, screaming).You can arrange a party for the kids at the beach. Majority of holidaymakers want to relax in the evening. There should be option to rent paddle board SUP.
Basic accommodation with everything you need for a week or two of camping. Clean on arrival. Kitchen sufficiently stocked. Good crockery, pots and cutlery, and fairly new but this is what one should expect for this price. Good mosquito nets.
We paid extra for internet but quality and speed was mostly poor or sometimes not available at all. Each home should have beach umbrella (free of charge). Additional cleaning charge Euro80 is, in our view, very high.

Great camping location in the Beach area, just metres from the beach along a boardwalk through the low dune. The pool area is beautiful, as is the peace of the Balneo, addded to seamless access to all the pools, waterslides and amenities of the textile side. New reception area is a great addition, and the staff there were very welcoming and professional. Despite big expansions and new elements, the whole site remains as comfortable, relaxed and friendly and is it has for decades. Special mention to the large GymnoClub 'library', which really is a huge asset for poolside readers.
Possibly there may too few toilets in the Beach area. There seemed to be some waiting for a cubicle at peak times, especially given that the site itself wasn't close to full occupancy. However, there was no shortage of showers and basins, and the whole sanitary block was immaculately clean at all times, and the facilities themselves modern and well-maintained.
Amazing proximity to the beach, a decent amount of shade from trees and hedges that are now mature (for more so than there were on previous stays a decade ago, when the area was very exposed). Very spacious pitch, allowed us to use an awning with our main tent, separate tents for the kids, and still have room for parking and cooking. Quiet and friendly neighbours!
There was very little grass on the pitch, probably due to the recent drought and proximity to the beach, so there was a lot of sand and grit. A bigger issue was a plague of midges (not mosquitoes, which were almost totally absent). The drought, and more recent heavy rain, combined with a drop in the wind, created perfect conditions and we were eaten alive, despite repellent spray, citronella etc. This was our 6th stay here, and it's never been a problem before, so it does seem like it was the specific pattern of recent weather.

We were very impressed with our stay. The facilities were more beautiful than we ever imagined and every interaction we had with staff was warm, welcoming and friendly. The nature tent had a very private feel to it, despite being so close to other tents. We had little interaction with other guests staying due to different languages but everyone was so polite and respectful. We have never felt more at ease during a stay anywhere else. Thank you!
The water in the Balneo could have been warmer. It would be so nice to have a water area with a higher water temperature of 37 or so for cooler mornings, however I understand our visit was during the off season. The other disappointment was our offered photo session did not show for our appointment and since we did not have a vehicle for transportation, we did not find any activities of interest with our discovery passes. We would definitely love to return and look forward to visiting again in the future.

From the time of our arrival wwe were made to feel very welcoe. The reception staff were very competent and friendly and quickly had us on our way to our pitch. The people who staffed the information kiosk a few steps from our pitch were also very friendly and helpful and supplied us with a lot of local information. The pitch was large, sandy but with a few stones that we found with our awning's pegs, but not realy a problem. The beach although being a few minutes walk away and very clean and well kept we didn't use as much as the pool area which we loved.
The number of dog owners, on the few times we used the beach, who walked their dogs without being on a leash through the naturist area.Alsothe few car drivers who did not follow the one way signs.

Definitely the new arrivals set up. At reception I was given codes for car entry, at barriers non worked, instead a simple 1234A was used, So why give me personal codes. The reception did not say the simple code was in use. Due to your signage being small, coloured Dark green letters on a light green background, I missed the entrance to the Naturist section and went into the Textile area. Got completely lost, took me 30 mins to find my pitch. I was in a UK vehicle, so had to get out to enter codes at barrier. Before I got back into my van the barrier was closing. Much too fast for UK cars,

We love the freedom of the naturist environment. The Balneo is our favourite place, however the sun beds are a) very hard, b) too low to get up from, causing both of us issues with back and hip. We cannot commend highly enough the reception staff, especially Alexandria who helped us enormously with medical emergency and early departure. Thank you.
The catering at the Restaurants was very limited, seemed to be very fish oriented or pizza. We didn’t use them at all. Would have liked some variety of meat, or vegetarian options. The snack bar again was very limited seeming to be bread based, no French fries, burgers etc.

Having had to wait 2 years to return, we were so glad to be back. We were struck by the friendliness and helpfulness of all staff. As always, the site is beautiful - the landscaping is stunning. We love the atmosphere - calm and tranquil, yet lively and fun. We love Le Clos - always a great atmosphere and great food.

I enjoyed the freedom of this place to embrace not having to wear clothes. I found that most people were naked and it quickly became something you don’t think of. There was lots of options to stay cool but the naturist side was the best pool with less of a crowd and the beach always had space. I think the beach is under utilized which has a lot of beauty but people lean towards the comforts of the pool. My kids enjoyed every minute and got a bit spoiled. It is a lively place and can be loud on certain nights but most days quiet by 10pm.
Comfortable place with everything we needed. When the bed was giving us back pain the reception was super helpful and had it replaced the same day. Very thankful for that and slept better afterward. The location being close to the pool had its advantages and disadvantages. Was nice being close to everything but the pool noise did get annoying, can always escape to the beach though.

Another great holiday at Le Sérignan Plage Nature, 2022 was a hot summer so being next to the beach? and having the pools was great, the bar and restaurant good as always and the market across the river at Valras always worth a visit. We use our bikes to get around the area so have found some little Gems for a cool beer and bite to eat. We're always made to feel welcome along with the beach, pools, pub/restaurant and entertainment we love the place.

Sunshine Sunshine Sunshine is our mantra it's also next to the beach ?. We have a 7m caravan no problems getting on the pitch easy hook up to electricity the tap is shared between to pitches.

We love Serignan. We have been coming for many years and seen some changes along the way. People are so friendly and the atmosphere is very convivial.
The taps on the pitches are annoying and the water flow is sooo slow ! That would be my only gripe.

We have stayed at Serignan Plage Nature for many years now and love coming back to stay year after year. It is our happiness haven where we can relax and unwind. The campsite is always clean and well tended and there are a lot of lovely restaurants around the area which we like to visit. We stayed for 4 weeks this year and have booked for the same again next year.
Our upset was regarding the toilets in the Clos de Ferrand area. At the busiest period between 8 and 9 in the morning, the cleaner put brooms across the door of one of the toilet blocks in order to clean them which meant there was a long queue in the remaining block. Surely the cleaning of the toilets could be done either earlier or later and not at peak periods? Also, the toilets in that area had locks missing and they just looked a bit tired and could do with renovating.

It was great to be back at Serignan after the forced absence of CoVid but from the minute we arrived we felt completely welcome and at home. The reception team are excellent as always, the cleaners keep the facilities looking fresh, the gardeners keep the colours alive and the pool and Balneo team are just always smiling. Meeting all our friends again just made this such a great stay after so long that we just wished we had a stayed a little longer. Merci to all at Serignan
The long shower block at the beach end is now looking a bit tired compared to the one nearer reception.
It’s great to have Clos de la Grangette back within Serignan Plage Nature and this area is just full of colour with plenty of shade.
It would be good to refurbish the Granette amenity block.

The site was spotless and the staff were constantly cleaning, tidying and looking after the place. All the facilities were 5 star especially the pool and spa areas. Staff were friendly and helpful and a credit to resort.
A few more vegan options on the menus would have been appreciated as one of our party was vegan.

The Botanique Bungalow is the only one to offer one bathroom per bedroom; you will find a master suite with a 160x200cm bed and its fully equipped bathroom and a second bedroom with two twin 80x190cm beds and its bathroom (sheets & bnakets included).
